must be accomplished and validated by the Club President. Activities must be
listed on the District Governor’s Contest

must Attend two zone meetings.
- Attendance
to District 32-C Mid Winter Rally held at the Landmark Resort Hotel in Myrtle Beach on February 2nd
2008.
- Monthly
Membership Report and District
Governor’s contest post-marked or posted on-line not later than the 3nd
business day following each month with;
- Full
information relative to new member, sponsor and dropped members.
- All
club activities during the month listed on the DG contest
- LCI
semi-annual billing for dues paid by September
1, 2007
and April 1, 2008.
- District
32-C semi-annual billing for dues paid by September
15, 2007
and April 15, 2008.
- PU101
form post-marked or posted on-line not later than May 15, 2008.
- Annual
Activities Report (A-1) post-marked or
posted on-line to LCI not later than June
30, 2008.
This is to certify items 1 through 7 have been
completes.
