develop upcoming leaders on the club, zone, and district level.

have all Lions clubs above a 20 member membership by

have a gain of 40 members in the District by

start 2 new clubs in the District by

continue to improve communications and interaction between clubs and district
cabinet.

institute an association of Past District Governors thereby using their
experience to better enhance Lionism.

To
have each club implement one new service project.

Lower
the average age of club members by recruiting members in the thirty to
forty-five age range.
